EazyScan

EazyScan is a document scanner for Paperless-ngx. Point it at your own server, scan, and the document is filed — no cloud in between, no account to make, nothing sent anywhere you did not name.

Scan and file
• Scan with edge detection and perspective correction
• Uploads to your Paperless-ngx server automatically
• Works offline: anything scanned without a connection uploads on the next sync
• Send a PDF from any other app straight to Paperless

Your whole archive
• Browse everything on your server, not just what you scanned here
• Inbox, favourites, tags, document types and correspondents
• Search and sort, and open any document as a PDF
• Edit titles, dates and filing, and push the change back

Built for a server you run
• Sign in with a username and password, or paste an API token
• Two-factor authentication supported
• Incremental sync: a quiet server costs one request
• Deletions on the server are reflected here

Private by construction
EazyScan talks to your Paperless server and to nobody else. There is no EazyScan account, no analytics service and no third-party SDK collecting anything. Your documents never touch our infrastructure, because there isn't any.

Free and Pro
Free: connect a server, browse, search, open and favourite everything, and scan up to ten documents a month.

Pro adds unlimited scans, background sync with inbox notifications, share-sheet upload, full PDF export controls, bulk select and delete, and custom fields with statistics. Available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Requires a Paperless-ngx server. EazyScan is not affiliated with the Paperless-ngx project.
