About EasyTeleMed Home
EasyTeleMed Home is the CE-certified mobile application of EasyTeleMed for autonomous of vital parameters from the patient and automatic and immediate transmission to EasyTeleMed EMR Plus or to any other electronic medical record.
EasyTeleMed Home has a user-freindly graphical interface for users unfamiliar with technologies: through audio-visual reminders, it reminds the patient when to acquire measurements according to the personalized care plan and guides the patient in the correct execution of activities, providing immediate feedback on the outcome. It is also possible to record measurements outside the care plan and answer questionnaires.
Acquisition of vital parameters is performed via Bluetooth biomedical sensors and is automatic, eliminating errors due to manual transcription (manual entry is however guaranteed). Transmission of collected data to the electronic medical record is also automatic.
