Nap Control

Nap Control helps you schedule and manage power naps so you wake up refreshed instead of groggy.

On your watch, you can:
- start a nap with a couple of taps
- add two complications on your favorite watch face:
- Nap Countdown: shows remaining nap time, or detection phase before nap starts
- Nap Window: shows your configured nap window and opens Nap Control on tap
- add the Nap Control tile for at-a-glance status (nap, detection, countdown) and open the app in one tap
- use complications as quick glance widgets without opening the app
- get gentle haptic feedback when the nap ends
- keep sleep detection visible as an ongoing activity notification

On your phone, you can:
- configure your preferred nap duration
- adjust vibration behavior
- sync settings with your watch

Nap Control is designed for short, intentional breaks – not for medical monitoring or sleep diagnosis.
