Key Feedback A new setting that shows you which key you pressed. Highlight rings the key and fades as you lift your finger. Callout pops the label up above the key, clear of your hand, and shows what the key will actually do: the gold function while SHIFT is lit, the letter in ALPHA mode. Settings -> Key Feedback. Off by default. Register editing The confirm and cancel buttons in the register panel were too small to hit reliably on a smaller phone. Both now have a full-size touch target, and the confirm button greys out when the value cannot be written. Clearing a register's digits and pressing return now sets it to zero. Sound and haptics The key click now sounds from the very first press and holds a steady level instead of drifting quieter and louder. Haptic feedback works: the click had been tearing down the system's haptic engine on every key, so only the first tap of a session was ever felt. Also fixed - The display could go blank after editing a register, with the calculator still running behind it. - Settings can share a diagnostics report, which helps a great deal when something needs reporting. My thanks to the people who reported these, and for the detail that made them findable.
