About Notiminder
Notiminder fuses notes and reminders into one simple thing: a notim. Write it down, and if it matters, give it a time, a place, or both. Notiminder does the rest. REMEMBER ON YOUR SCHEDULE • One-time, daily, weekly, or monthly reminders • Multiple times per day — perfect for medication, habits, and memorization • Snooze that respects your schedule, and an Overdue list that keeps you honest REMEMBER BY PLACE • "Remind me when I get here" — pick a spot on the map or tap a business, and Notiminder nudges you on arrival • Powered by the system geofence: works even when the app is closed, using only When-In-Use location MEMORIZE WHAT MATTERS • Type a verse reference like "Phil 4:6" and Notiminder recognizes it, titles the note, and inserts the full King James text — completely offline • Schedule it morning, noon, and night until you know it by heart ATTACH ANYTHING • Photos, videos, documents, and places live right on the note • A beautiful reading view renders them as full-width cards — inline maps, document previews, photo details • Images even appear on the reminder notification itself QUIETLY SMART • As you type, Notiminder suggests dates, places, tags, and repeat schedules — "take out the trash" knows it's weekly • Photographed a flyer? The date on it becomes a reminder suggestion • All intelligence runs on your device. Nothing you write ever leaves it. EVERYWHERE YOU ARE • iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch — read a verse, dismiss a reminder, or capture a thought from your wrist • Synced through your private iCloud PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts. No ads. No tracking. No analytics. Your notes live on your devices and in your own private iCloud database — the developer cannot read them, full stop. Notiminder: notes that remind you.
What’s new
Version 2.3 · Updated July 26, 2026
What's New in 2.3: Scan a Photo — Point your camera at a flyer, appointment card, or handwritten note. Notiminder reads it, drafts a title and note, spots the date, and sets a 10-minute early alert — all on device. Share to Notiminder — Notiminder now appears in the share sheet. Send over text or a verse, a web link, photos, PDFs and documents, or a place from Maps — with an optional "remind me when I arrive." Shared items become notims the next time you open the app. Early alerts — Choose to be notified 5 to 60 minutes before a reminder's time. Works with repeating reminders, and pestering starts from the first alert. Tappable links — Links in a notim's note are now tappable and open right where they should — News stories in News, web links in Safari. Plus small fixes and polish throughout.
