Calendar access is read-only, and events stay on your device unless you select them for a Gemini draft. Keep commitments visible See work assigned to each person and work owed to them. These are records in your workspace; assigning an action does not send anyone a message. Reminder text contains no business details. Instant briefs and optional AI polish Generate a Daily Brief, Meeting Prep, Follow-up or Weekly Review instantly from your saved records, without a Gemini key or AI agreement. Choose Polish with AI and use your own Gemini key to draft from only the text you select and approve. Your key stays in device Keychain and requests go directly to Google. Review every generated draft before using it. The app is free and offers no AI subscription; Google's charges, quotas and applicable data terms belong to your project. AI requires eligible adult access, supported availability and suitable project terms for the information you send. A key is not required to use the organizer. For adults 18 and older. No account is needed for the local workspace. Email sync, team collaboration, and automatic outreach are not included.
