Add files, videos and audio as attachments, preview supported formats, share individual files, or export a card together with its content and attachments. Find what you need Add multiple project tags to each card, filter by tag, and search titles and content. Assign one or more project members to a card to connect people with the work. Make important deadlines easier to notice Set a date or an exact deadline time. Choose a preset early reminder or customize the lead time in minutes, hours, days, weeks or months. On supported devices, mark a card as Urgent to sound a system alarm when it is due. Urgent alarms require iOS or iPadOS 26 or later and alarm permission. Early notifications require notification permission. Keep a record of your progress Archive or delete projects when you no longer need them. Archive cards, restore archived or recently deleted cards, and review their stage history when you want to look back.
