About Posted for Two
Posted draws your home, room by room, and shares it between the two of you. Each room keeps its colour while its jobs are on track. As a job comes due the room starts to fade, and when one of you does it the colour comes back. So you can open the app and see at a glance that the bathroom's going grey and the kitchen is fine. No lists to scroll, no nagging. YOUR HOME, YOUR ROOMS Pick a flat, maisonette or house when you set up, with up to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, a utility room and a garden or balcony. Change it any time in Settings. ADDING A JOB Type it the way you'd say it: "trash every tuesday", "dentist fri 5pm", "vacuum the stairs this weekend". Posted works out the room, the date and the repeat. Say whose job it is (yours, theirs, either of you, or together) and how much you're dreading it. THE JOBS NOBODY WANTS Mark a job as one you're dreading and Posted suggests a small first step to get going (on iPhones with Apple Intelligence). When it's done, your partner can send thanks with one tap. DOING IT TOGETHER Share out the week's jobs between you, or start a reset: a timed session where you both blitz the place, with a Live Activity on your Lock Screen showing what's been done. ON YOUR OTHER DEVICES iPhone, iPad and Mac, kept in sync through iCloud. A Home Screen widget shows the house, and the Apple Watch app lets you tick jobs off or add one from your wrist. PRIVATE No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your home lives in your own iCloud and is shared only with the person you invite. Job names are end-to-end encrypted, and you can lock the app with Face ID. Posted is free. You both need an iCloud account to share a home.
What’s new
Version 2.0.1 · Updated October 27, 2026
Fixes for sharing your home. You can now see whether your home is shared: the Us tab and Settings say who you're sharing with, or that the invite hasn't been opened yet. Joining from an invite tells you it worked. If your partner had joined but didn't show up, they now do, and you can give them jobs. You can give your partner a job before they've joined. It's theirs as soon as they do. "Either of us" no longer gets cut off when your partner has a longer name.
