About Kassora – Cash Box Ledger

Every cash count in Kassora produces a dated count record containing the cash box name, date, the person who counted it, the counted and calculated balances side by side, any difference as a separate entry, and two signature lines for the treasurer and auditor or for the person taking over the role. Kassora is a cash box ledger for clubs, teams and club sections, designed to make day-to-day cash management straightforward. Several cash boxes, for example for the club and a summer camp, can be kept side by side. To get started, create a cash box and choose its currency. 64 currencies are available; the denomination grid adapts to the selected currency, while number formatting follows the phone's language. Income and expenses can be recorded in three steps: amount, category, save. The cash book lists entries by receipt date, grouped by day, with a clear separation when a new cash book year begins. The table shows income, expenses and the running balance for each cash book year, with the amount brought forward and totals. A cash box can be run as a team: the treasurer shares it and invites others with a six-digit code. Each person has a role – treasurer, recorder or reader. Everyone sees the same entries; whoever records without a connection syncs once back online. Sharing requires Sign in with Apple. When it is time to count the cash, enter the amount physically present. Kassora compares it with the calculated balance. Any difference is recorded as a separate "cash difference" entry. Kassora then creates the count record with two signature lines. The record can be shared as plain text, for example by message or email. For filing or further processing, entries can be exported as a semicolon-separated CSV file and opened in common spreadsheet applications. If you wish, Kassora locks the app with Face ID. Kassora supports the system font at up to three times its standard size and is available in German and English. Privacy: private cash boxes stay on the device. Kassora sends nothing about them to a server, and they need no sign-up. Only a shared cash box is also stored on a server in the EU, visible only to its team. Kassora contains no advertising and no tracking.
