About MindPriority
MindPriority gives athletes a structured way to train the mental side of performance. Build your focus. Strengthen your confidence. Learn to manage pressure. Develop mental skills you can rely on in training and when competition gets tough. 1. MENTAL TRAINING BUILT AROUND YOU Start by understanding your mental profile. MindPriority builds a personalized training plan around your goals, experience, training rhythm, and competition schedule. Your program develops six key areas of mental performance: • Focus & Clarity • Stress Management • Emotional Regulation • Confidence & Identity • Mental Activation • Recovery & Resilience 2. BUILD SKILLS. NOT JUST MOTIVATION. Mental preparation is a skill you can train. Practice progressive techniques including visualization, breathing, refocusing, pre-performance routines, confidence work, emotional regulation, and mental recovery. Learn them. Practice them. Make them part of the way you perform. 3. KNOW WHAT TO WORK ON TODAY Check in with your mental state and get a relevant action for the day. Your MindPriority Coach helps turn what you're experiencing into something you can actually work on — whether you need to regain focus, manage pressure, rebuild confidence, recover, or capitalize on a strong day. 4. PREPARE BEFORE THE PRESSURE ARRIVES Race day shouldn't be the first time you work on your mental game. Prepare your routines, reflect on your goals, build mental anchors, and develop strategies you can return to when training or competition gets difficult. 5. SEE YOUR MENTAL PROGRESS Regular assessments help you understand how your mental performance evolves over time. See your strengths, identify your priorities, and keep building from one training cycle to the next. 6. KEEP THE LESSONS THAT MATTER Your private Athlete Journal gives you a place to prepare, reflect, and learn from your training. Use guided books, weekly reflections, race preparation, post-race reviews, and personal pages to build your own mental playbook over time. 7. STAY CONSISTENT TOGETHER Connect with friends, create teams, encourage each other, and bring the same consistency to mental training that you already bring to your sport. MindPriority is designed for mental performance training and general fitness and wellness purposes. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
