Hausstand: Home Inventory

Where did you put the tools? What’s inside that box in the basement? And when did you buy the TV? Hausstand helps you keep track of what you own and where you store it. Create rooms and add cabinets, shelves, boxes, and the items inside them. You can even organize storage places within other storage places, so your inventory reflects the way your home is actually arranged. Add photos, descriptions, purchase prices, purchase dates, and warranty details. Use formatted notes and web links to keep other important information in one place. Tags, conditions, and custom fields let you tailor entries to your needs. Find your belongings with search. Advanced search lets you combine multiple criteria, including your custom fields. Create QR labels for boxes, cabinets, and individual items, then save them as a PDF and print them. Scan a label to open the matching entry in Hausstand. You can also scan barcodes with your camera. When you reorganize your inventory, you can move or duplicate multiple entries at once. When duplicating a container, you choose whether to include the items inside it. With Hausstand Pro, invite people to your household by email, link, or QR code. Share specific rooms or entries and choose who can view, edit, or manage them. Changes to shared content sync with household members. The inventory assistant helps you search and manage your belongings using text or voice. It can find, create, edit, duplicate, move, or delete entries. Review and confirm proposed changes before they’re applied. By default, your inventory stays on your device. Hausstand Sync lets you share selected content across devices. Hausstand Pro also backs up your inventory, photos, and formatted notes. You can export to Excel or CSV if you want to work with your data elsewhere. A guided tour and sample data help you get started. Whether you’re organizing your home, workshop, or collection, Hausstand helps you stay on top of what you own — on your own or together.
