Evenyn: Meal Prep & Planner

Cook once for a few days and have good food at home every day. Recipes by Katarina, cooked in a real kitchen, and a shopping list that builds itself. No diet, no fitness program. Evenyn takes "What are we eating?" off your mind for the whole week: pick your meals, shop, and cook step by step. NO MORE DECIDING EVERY EVENING A ready-made meal plan for the whole week, just use it. Or put your meals together your own way. Don't like something? Swap it with one tap. Found a week that works? Save it and use it again. Don't feel like planning? Switch to Simple: pick a few meals for a few days, or tap "Pick for me". LESS TIME IN THE KITCHEN Cook for several days at once and portion it into boxes. Evenyn combines the steps of all your recipes into one flow: while one dish bakes, you prep the next. It tells you how many grams go into each box, and at the end you print labels with the day. No scale? An estimate is fine. Anything you don't want to cook ahead, set as fresh and get a quick recipe ready in 15 minutes. Timers built into the steps and voice control help when your hands are full. BUY ONLY WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY COOK Your meals turn into one list. Matching ingredients are combined and sorted by store aisle. Nothing forgotten, nothing extra. Check items off on your phone, or save the list as a PDF. 1000+ RECIPES All cooked at home, from everyday ingredients and for a normal budget. Filter by course, time and what you don't eat. Under every recipe you see how others liked it, and you can rate it too. Found a recipe on Instagram? Take a screenshot of the caption and Evenyn reads the recipe, scales the servings and adds it to your shopping and cooking. Every recipe shows calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber. No counting needed. ONE COOK FOR THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD Add your partner, kids or parents and choose how much each of them eats compared to you. One plan, one shop, and everyone gets their portion. Eating out sometimes? Tap "Not eating" and your boxes and shopping list adjust. Starting mid-week? No problem. Plan and shop today, start cooking tomorrow. Tasty way forward.
