GreenDay: Tasks & Notes

Plan the work. Keep the details close. GreenDay brings tasks, calendars, and rich notes together in a focused workspace. A CLEAR PLAN FOR TODAY Use the sun button to choose what to work on. Unfinished tasks stay on Today until you complete or remove them, even when the day changes. Keep a final deadline separate, and use Upcoming to see what's approaching. LISTS FOR PROJECTS, TAGS FOR CONNECTIONS Give each task a home list. Add sublists for courses, projects, or responsibilities; a parent list brings its sublists' tasks together. Use tags to connect topics across projects. Lists and workflow statuses have distinct icons and customizable colors, and the list chooser makes nested projects easy to recognize. LISTS AND BOARDS THAT FIT THE WORK Switch between task lists and kanban boards. Compact cards keep titles and useful details visible. Organize work into statuses, and undo task completion when plans change. NOTES BESIDE EACH TASK Write Markdown, checklists, tables, and links. Add images and documents, or render inline and display LaTeX equations. Select an equation to edit its source. Open checkboxes gathers unfinished checklist items from active tasks so you can find the next small step. CALENDARS ALONGSIDE TASKS Connect calendars already configured in Apple Calendar, including iCloud and Google accounts. View events beside task deadlines in Month, Week, or Day, and link tasks to events without changing their deadlines. Calendar access is optional. YOUR WORKSPACE, WITH BUILT-IN SYNC Use GreenDay locally without an account. Create an account to import your existing tasks, notes, lists, tags, and attachments into GreenDay Cloud and sync across devices. Signing into an existing account opens its cloud workspace and replaces visible guest tasks without merging them. Changes save locally first, so you can keep working offline. GreenDay syncs changes in the background while the app is open. Existing private workspaces reopen in place after an update; older workspace folders are copied into private local storage with the originals preserved. Custom cloud-drive and shared-folder selection are no longer available. No advertising or analytics SDK is included. Account and sync data are processed by GreenDay’s service on Google Cloud; the privacy policy explains collection and deletion.
