Rearrange the structure as your project develops. • Structured tables View your work in customizable tables. Reorder, resize, show, or hide columns; wrap long text; and organize Entries by structure or field values. • Visual Planning Mode Choose the Sections you want to focus on and open them together in a board-style workspace. Sections and Groups provide the structure while Entries become cards you can review, edit, and drag into a new order or location. Select multiple cards to delete them together or update a field across the entire selection. Paste one line per Entry to update several text values quickly, with extra lines becoming new Entries. • Markdown details Write richer Details for Entries and Database Records using Markdown. Add headings, emphasis, links, bulleted and numbered lists, quotes, tables, dividers, and code blocks. Taqly preserves the original Markdown source while presenting a clean formatted preview when you are not editing. • Custom fields Add Text, Select, Linked Record, and Lookup fields. Create color-coded choices and tailor each Space or Database to the information it needs. • Reusable Databases Keep people, locations, sources, assets, milestones, and other reference information in dedicated Databases. Organize Records into Sections, add custom fields, and reuse the same Record throughout your work. • Linked Records and connected information Connect an Entry to one or more Records without copying their information. Records can also link to Records in another Database, allowing you to build relationships across your project. Every Record includes a Linked From view showing the Entries and other Records that refer to it. • Saved Filters Create reusable views that gather matching Entries from one or more Spaces. Combine conditions to focus on exactly the work that matters now, then jump from a result back to its original location. • Search and Spotlight Search across Spaces, Databases, Entries, Records, Fields, and hierarchy names. Open supported Entries and Records directly from Spotlight. • Focused editing Use the Inspector to edit an item without losing sight of the surrounding workspace. Open Select and Linked Record pickers directly from their table cells. • CSV import and export Bring existing information into a Space or Database with configurable field mapping. Export your content as CSV files inside a ZIP archive whenever you need it elsewhere. • Private iCloud sync Keep Taqly current across iPhone, iPad, and Mac using your private iCloud account. Sync is optional and remains off until you choose to enable it. • Backup and restore Create complete backup files manually or schedule automatic backups to iCloud Drive or a folder you select. • Siri and Shortcuts Search Taqly, create or update Entries, and open Entries, Records, Spaces, Sections, or Groups using supported Siri and Shortcuts actions. • Offline AI-file workflow Export structured information for use with a compatible AI assistant, then review every proposed addition, edit, move, or deletion before applying selected changes.
