RACI Master

Every plan runs into the same question: who does it, who answers for it, who is asked and who is told. RACI Master keeps all four answers on every task. Most task managers give a task one owner. Real work has four roles — Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed. RACI Master shows them right on each task, so you see the shape of the work without opening it. THREE VIEWS OF THE SAME WORK • Tasks — grouped by when they are due, with each task's roles right in the row. Tiles at the top count what is overdue, due this week, blocked or without an accountable person; tap one to see exactly those tasks. • Matrix — tasks down, people across, a role in every cell. Tap a cell to assign. One Accountable per task and one role per person are kept for you as you go. • Timeline — bars on a calendar by weeks, months, quarters or years, opening on today. PROJECTS AND PEOPLE • Nest projects as deep as you need. Each shows its progress, what is overdue and who is on it, and opens as a list, a matrix or a timeline already narrowed to it. • People are a private directory of names. Each person's card shows their open work, role by role. YOURS, NOT A SERVICE • No account, no invitations, no permissions. People in your directory get no access to anything. • Tasks and people follow you across your own iPhone, iPad and Mac through your private iCloud database. • Export the list, the matrix or the timeline as PNG or PDF and share it with anyone. • Back up everything to a single readable JSON file and import it back. MADE TO BE USED EVERY DAY • A warm paper-and-ink look, in light and dark. • Built for iPhone, iPad and Mac, with keyboard shortcuts on Mac and iPad. • In English, German, French, Ukrainian, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese.
