YapCam Pro is a camera for photos, selfies and video with a teleprompter that follows your voice. It opens straight to the camera: swipe between Photo, Video and Prompter. Prompter: your script scrolls in a window right under the lens while you record. Speak and it moves with you. Pause and it waits. Skip a line and it catches up. There is no speed to set. Why Follow voice instead of a fixed speed Most teleprompters scroll at a speed you pick in advance, so you either chase the text or wait for it, and every pause, laugh or restart throws the timing off. Follow voice listens with Apple's on-device speech recognition and matches what you say to your script, word by word, so the text is always where you are. It is on by default, in rehearsal and while you record. Fixed speed, from 40 to 300 words per minute, is one tap away. Photo Full-resolution photos, up to 48 MP, with your look already applied. Use the flash, or let the screen light your face for selfies, and set a 3 or 10 second timer. Video HD or 4K at 24, 25, 30 or 60 fps, Cinematic depth of field on supported iPhones, a live sound meter, and external USB-C microphones such as wireless mic receivers. Looks that make you look good Eleven looks, from Natural and Portrait to Cine, Dream and Noir, or import your own .cube LUT. Or tap Auto: it studies the picture and sets the look and adjustments for you, with Undo. Soften skin while eyes and hair stay sharp, blur the background behind you, or add studio light that lifts you and lets the room fall away. Fine-tune exposure, contrast, saturation, tint, shadows, highlights, vignette, mist and grain. What you see is exactly what is saved. Edge light The edges of the screen glow a soft warm or cool white to light your face in a dim room. Made for your hands Press the shutter with the volume buttons, the Camera Control or AirPods. Adjust zoom, exposure, look and warmth on the Camera Control. Tap to focus, hold to lock, pinch to zoom, swipe to change mode. A hint tells you when your lens needs a wipe. A script window that stays out of the way Key words are set in bold, so you take in a line at a glance. Drag the text to scroll. Move the window by its corner handle, resize it from the other corner or with a pinch. Text size, mirroring, speed and reading mode apply to every script and stay saved. Everything happens on your iPhone. Scripts and looks are stored on device, photos and videos are saved to your own Photos library, and no account is needed.
