About Sabel: Strength Planner

Lifting isn’t the hard part. The planning is. Sabel handles the plan. You do the work. Pick one of four programs: GZCLP or 5/3/1 for Beginners to get stronger, or Full Body or Push Pull Legs to build muscle. Enter where you’re starting, or tap “I do not know” to start light. Sabel works out every session’s weights, sets and reps. Tap each set as you lift. Finish, and your next weight is already planned. Miss a day and the plan waits for you. TRAIN AND KEEP TRACK • Follow any of the four included programs. • Record sets, reps and weights, with exercise substitutions when needed. • Use rest timers and supported Lock Screen controls. • Review completed workouts and pick up an unfinished session. • Export complete file backups and import them into an empty app. • Optionally back up to your own private iCloud account and restore from it. • Optionally record workouts in Apple Health on iOS 26 or later. LOG YOUR FOOD • Search more than 22,000 foods from Livsmedelsverket and Open Food Facts. • Log by the portion, like 1 egg or 1 bar, or by the gram. • Quick add, recent foods, favourites and copy yesterday's meal. • Type your own calorie, protein, carbs and fat target. • Your food log stays on your iPhone and is never included in iCloud backup. APPLE HEALTH — OPTIONAL Sabel uses HealthKit to connect to Apple Health. With your permission, it saves strength-training workouts, heart rate and active energy, and reads heart rate and active energy to show BPM and workout summaries. Live heart rate requires a supported paired sensor. Recording is off by default and requires iOS 26 or later with Health support. You can plan and log workouts without connecting. YOUR TRAINING. YOUR DATA. Train offline with your workout log stored on your device. Export your training data and choose whether to connect Apple Health. iCloud backup is optional and off until you turn it on in Settings. It keeps your training in your own private iCloud account, and Apple Health data is never included. No app account is required. This version is free to download and use, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Contains data from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). © Open Food Facts contributors.
