Agnus: Quit lust

Your identity is in Christ. Agnus helps you leave adult content behind, overcome lust and build a daily life rooted in faith. Whether you are starting today or finding your feet after a setback, you can take your next step with God. TRACK YOUR DAYS OF FREEDOM. Watch your streak grow and keep sight of the urges you have overcome. If you record a relapse, your streak restarts. Your total of urges overcome stays with you. MAKE ROOM FOR SCRIPTURE. Find a Bible verse and prayer each day. Scroll through Scripture, save the passages that speak to you and explore 66 books of the Bible. Read Scripture in your chosen language, with the passage reference and Bible translation shown. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF EACH DAY. Your daily check-in asks a few questions that adapt to your journey. Take a moment to reflect on your mood, your faith and what shaped your day. You can finish with a prayer. BREATHE WHEN TEMPTATION COMES. Open guided breathing when you feel an urge. Your phone’s vibrations guide your breathing through four cycles over 56 seconds. You can then read a verse and take a moment to pray. PROTECT YOUR DAILY ROUTINE. Use Apple’s Screen Time controls to filter adult websites. Activate protection with a three-second hold. You can request a one-hour break once every seven days. The filter returns automatically when the break ends. UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS. Your check-ins and recorded moments of temptation help you notice patterns in your daily life. Explore your statistics to better understand connections between your mood, your habits and the times when you need support. CONNECT WITH OTHER CHRISTIANS. Share your journey under a pseudonym, ask for prayer and encourage other members. Your personal check-in answers and counters are not displayed to the community.
