Hush PDF is a complete PDF workstation that runs entirely on your iPhone and iPad. It has 58 tools to read, edit, sign, merge, split, scan, translate, compress and protect PDFs, and none of them send a byte to a server. You don't upload anything, you don't need an account and there is no subscription. Every tool works offline.
