About Blood Pressure Diary & Charts
A blood pressure diary for the numbers you already take at home. Enter the reading from your own cuff, see in one second what it means, and walk into your next appointment with a report your doctor can actually read. This app is not a medical device. It does not measure blood pressure and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your doctor about your readings. Your data never leaves your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no server, no analytics, nothing sold to anyone. The App Store privacy label for this app is "Data Not Collected". FIVE-SECOND LOGGING Two big wheels for systolic and diastolic, one for pulse. Add the arm you used, your body position, a note, and whether you had taken your medication. Saving takes about five seconds — which is the whole reason people keep the log going. YOUR CATEGORY, INSTANTLY Every reading is classified against the ACC/AHA guideline ranges — Low, Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2 — and placed on a colour-coded gauge, so you never have to look up a chart. A reading in the hypertensive-crisis range is flagged immediately, with the advice to seek care. TRENDS YOU CAN READ Interactive charts over 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and a full year. Systolic, diastolic and pulse on one timeline, with your average, your highest and lowest reading, and how this period compares with the one before it. MORNING VERSUS EVENING The card most people end up using the most: your morning average next to your evening average. Blood pressure is not one number, and seeing that split is often what starts a useful conversation with a doctor. A DOCTOR-READY PDF One tap builds a clean report — averages, category breakdown and your full reading history, formatted for print. Send it by mail or message before your appointment. CSV export is there too if you keep your own spreadsheet. REMINDERS THAT BUILD THE HABIT Morning and evening reminders at times you choose, and a streak counter that keeps the run alive. Consistency is what turns a handful of numbers into data a doctor can use. MEDICATION Mark each reading as taken with or without medication and watch what the difference does to your averages. APPLE HEALTH, BOTH WAYS Readings are written to Apple Health as proper blood pressure correlations, and whatever is already in Health can be imported once — so you start with your real history instead of an empty screen. WIDGETS, LOCK SCREEN AND APPLE WATCH Home Screen widgets in three sizes, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen after you log, and an Apple Watch app for today's numbers and your trend at a glance. A BACKUP THAT IS YOURS Export a full backup to Files or iCloud Drive and restore it on a new iPhone. No cloud account of ours is involved at any point. PRO Saving a reading and exporting the PDF doctor report need Pro; everything else in the app is included. Pro starts with a 3-day free trial. Built for anyone who writes blood pressure numbers on paper today: living with hypertension, keeping an eye on values during pregnancy, looking after an elderly parent, watching what a new medication does, or simply staying on top of heart health. Questions? [email protected] SUBSCRIPTION BP Tracker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: 1 week (with a 3-day free trial) or 1 year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. BP Tracker is a diary for readings you take with your own monitor. It does not measure blood pressure, is not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice — always consult your doctor about your readings. https://sites.google.com/hubrivex.com/bptracker/privacy-policy https://sites.google.com/hubrivex.com/bptracker/terms-of-use
