About Blood Pressure Diary & Log
Every home cuff reading, logged in seconds and ready to show your doctor. PressLog is a blood pressure diary built for people managing hypertension: enter systolic, diastolic and pulse, and each reading is filed under its 2017 ACC/AHA category — Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2 or Crisis — the same language your doctor uses. Most BP apps stop at a list of numbers. PressLog records the story around each reading — which arm, sitting or lying down, before or after meds, after coffee, after a bad night — so your 30-day trend explains itself. When your doctor asks "is it higher in the mornings?", you answer with a chart, not a guess. WHAT YOU GET • Your latest reading and its AHA stage front and center every time you open the app — no digging through lists • 7, 30 and 90-day trend charts with morning vs evening averages, so one stressful spike stands out from real change • A PDF doctor report — summary, category breakdown, trend, medication list and the full log — ready to share before your appointment • A medication log with per-pill reminders and an adherence percentage sitting right next to your BP trend • Symptom and context tags (headache, dizziness, salty meal, poor sleep and more) attached to the exact reading they happened with • Separate profiles for household members, each with their own readings, medications and reports PERFECT FOR • Newly diagnosed hypertension patients told to "monitor at home and bring in the numbers" • Anyone whose BP medication just changed and needs to show what happened after the switch • Adult children keeping a parent's readings organized on one phone • Long-time home monitors who want a CSV of every measurement they have ever taken WHY NOT JUST PAPER OR A NOTES APP? A notebook cannot classify a reading, average your mornings against your evenings, or compress 90 days into a one-page report. And it will never remind you to take your evening pill. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your readings stay in the app on your phone. No account, no cloud upload, no data sharing. A report leaves the app only when you tap share. PressLog does not measure blood pressure. It is a logbook for readings taken with your own validated cuff. FULL ACCESS PressLog requires Full Access: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Full Access unlocks everything — unlimited readings, trends and insights, the PDF doctor report, CSV export, medication reminders and household profiles. Log your next cuff reading in PressLog and walk into your next appointment with proof.
