About Phase: Quit Vaping & Smoking

Phase helps you quit vaping or smoking, and stay quit. Count every puff or cigarette, step down to zero by your quit day, and get through each craving with SOS breathing. It tracks alcohol, cannabis, gambling, sugar and screen time too. Your habits stay on your iPhone: no account, no sign-up, no Phase server. Phase opens with Phase Pro; craving SOS is free for everyone. WHEN THE CRAVING HITS Tap Having a craving? Phase starts four rounds of 4-7-8 breathing and a three-minute countdown. Then log what set it off, how hard it hit, and whether you held on. Say it out loud if that's easier: speech recognition turns it into text on your iPhone, and your voice is never recorded or sent. With Phase Pro on an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, the coach writes its reply for your craving on the device; otherwise it uses written coaching lines. WATCH THE STREAK BUILD A live counter for time free, money saved, and cigarettes, drinks, or sessions avoided. Health milestones land as you pass them. A streak strip marks each day, week, or month, and a slip leaves a break instead of erasing your history. Reset by mistake? Undo it. Put your streak or savings on the Home Screen and your streak on the Lock Screen. COUNT EVERY ONE Tap once to log a puff, a cigarette, a drink or a session, from the Home Screen widget, the Lock Screen, Control Center or Siri. See today's count and what it costs. A PLAN DOWN TO ZERO • A daily budget that shrinks from your usual amount to zero on your quit day • Optional nicotine-strength steps, one per pod, on your timing • Days on budget and money kept, from your own count • A slip is logged, never a reset NOT READY TODAY? Pick a quit day ahead. Until then, log as usual, and for nicotine, sugar, or screen time, set a daily cap if you want one. The streak starts on the day you chose. SEE THE PATTERN An intensity trend, a calendar of your streak, a weekly recap, and 12 achievements show how your weeks really go. A heatmap shows your hardest hours and days. Journal a note whenever you want one. Name your hard hour, say weekdays at 5:15, and Phase checks in then. PHASE PRO Phase Pro opens all of Phase: your count and plan, the craving coach, patterns, health, savings goals, milestones, and widgets. Without Pro, craving SOS stays free, always: the breathing, the countdown, the craving log and written coaching lines. • Yearly: $19.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial for eligible accounts • Monthly: $5.99 a month, no trial • Lifetime: $39.99 once, a one-time purchase, no subscription Prices shown are in US dollars. The App Store shows your local price before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Habits, cravings, and journal entries are stored on your device. Apple Health is read only for the charts you open, and a finished breathing session is saved as mindful minutes only if you allow it. Anonymous usage analytics are off by default, and journal text and personal details are never collected. Export every habit and its history to a JSON file, import it on a new iPhone, or delete everything. A NOTE ON HEALTH Phase is not medical care and it is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. What it shows about recovery is general information drawn from published research, not a statement about you. Talk to a clinician before you quit: stopping alcohol or heavy daily use can need medical supervision. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service. Available in 15 languages.
