Spot: Places & People

Find the places worth going to, through the people you trust. Spot is a social map for discovering coffee shops, restaurants, study spots, late-night food, hangouts, and local favorites. Explore the map, search for a place, and see the reviews, photos, videos, and Review Tags shared by your active Circle. DISCOVER TOGETHER Create a private Circle, join one with an invite code, or switch to Global to see what the wider Spot community recommends. University of Minnesota students can verify their school email to join the campus Circle. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO Open any Spot to see what your Circle loves, what members would go back to, and the tags that come up most often. MAKE IT YOURS Review each place once and update your take later. Add photos or short videos, choose useful tags, and save favorites for the next time you need somewhere to go. SEARCH YOUR WAY Search the full Spot catalog or describe what you want, like coffee for studying or a late-night bite, to get a few relevant picks. FIND WHAT'S TRENDING Campus Circle members can see a weekly leaderboard built from positive reviews by their community. If a place is missing, send an Apple Maps link and request that it be considered for Spot.
