About Reloom: Desk Stretch & Posture
Desk stretches and posture exercises, eight minutes a day, in the order that matters. One guided session a day: gentle mobility, neck stretches, back stretches and postural strengthening for a body that spends its day in a chair. Offline, no account, free to start. What goes wrong with stretching is not willpower. It is not knowing what to do today, in what order, and for how long. Reloom takes that decision away. A one-time setup asks where tension shows up, how long you sit, how much time you can give it and what pace suits you. From those answers it builds your path, and after that the app shows one thing a day: today's session. Press start and it plays like a coach — one movement on screen, a demo image, a timer, one cue, then the next. Most sessions run seven to twelve minutes. WHAT YOU GET A path, not a menu. Three programs across 90 days — Reset, Strengthen, Stabilize — then Maintain, which keeps going. 120 guided sessions in all, eight or nine movements each. A player that does the counting. Demo image, step timer, rest between steps, pause and resume, skip a step, and a swap button. Progress you can see. A streak that quietly forgives one missed day a month, a week grid, a four-week consistency view, and a bar showing where you are on the 120-day path. Optional routines. Four short sessions you can add alongside the daily path: Morning Charge (6 min), Back Release (6 min), Full Body Stretch (10 min) and Evening Reset (7 min). WHAT'S INSIDE 24 exercises for the neck, shoulders, spine and hips, each with a demo image, a dose, a how-to and its own safety note. Nothing explosive, no jumping, no gym: a mat or carpet, and a clear patch of wall for two. One reminder a day, at a time you choose — or none at all. WHAT IS FREE, AND WHAT PREMIUM ADDS The setup and the plan it builds are free, and so are the first three days of your path — whole sessions, end to end, not a demo. Morning Charge stays free and unlimited. Before deciding anything you can look through the rest: all 120 days, all four programs, all four routines and every exercise, with its dose, cues and how-to page. Reloom Premium opens the rest of the path — days 4 to 120 across Reset, Strengthen, Stabilize and Maintain — plus Back Release, Full Body Stretch and Evening Reset, and the button that swaps a movement. Anything you have finished stays yours, free, whatever happens to a subscription. Progress, streaks, rewards, reminders and settings are never locked. No ads, nothing sold on. SUBSCRIPTION Reloom Premium, 1 year — $39.99, with the first 3 days free. Reloom Premium, 1 month — $9.99. Prices are in US dollars and may differ where you live. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and renewal is charged within 24 hours of that point. Manage it and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings after purchase. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription. Terms of Use: https://reloom-app.web.app/terms Privacy: https://reloom-app.web.app/privacy PRIVACY There is no account and no sign-in. Your answers, your plan, your session history and your streak stay on the device, and every feature works in airplane mode. The app sends anonymous usage and crash diagnostics so faults can be fixed. No ads, no advertising identifiers, nothing sold. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Reloom is a general wellness and fitness app. It is not a medical device and not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or injury. Move within a comfortable range, stop anything that hurts, and speak to a doctor first if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with any condition that exercise could affect. One session. Eight minutes. Tomorrow is already waiting.
