Zzzyp - Baby White Noises

Zzzyp is a plain, quiet noise machine for babies, toddlers and grown-ups. Pick a sound, set a timer, put the phone down. That is the whole app. EVERYTHING IS FREE Every sound and every feature, free forever. No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. No account, no sign-up, no email address. Nothing is locked, and nothing will ever be unlocked by paying. EIGHT SOUNDS • Brown Noise — deep, low rumble • White Noise — the classic full-spectrum hiss • Pink Noise — softer and warmer, less harsh than white • Fan — steady room fan • Air Conditioning — low mechanical hum • Rain — even, calm rainfall • Storm — rain with distant rolling thunder • Airplane — cabin drone at cruising altitude Every sound is synthesised from scratch rather than recorded, and every loop is crossfaded so it can repeat all night without an audible seam. All eight are already inside the app — nothing to download, nothing to stream, nothing to unlock later. KEEPS PLAYING WHILE YOU USE OTHER APPS Lock the screen, switch apps, or put the phone face down — the sound keeps going. Play and pause stay on the Lock Screen and in Control Center, like any other audio app. Read, answer messages, or let the phone sit dark on the nightstand until morning. A SLEEP TIMER THAT FADES Run forever, set a length, or set a clock time to stop at. If bedtime slips, add minutes with a single tap. When the timer ends the sound fades away slowly instead of cutting off, so the silence arrives gradually and nobody wakes up. You choose how long the fade takes, from 5 seconds to a full minute. BUILT FOR THE DARK A dim night sky, large tap targets, no bright white screens, and no animation you did not ask for. Safe to open at 3 a.m. next to a sleeping baby. WORKS OFFLINE, COLLECTS NOTHING No internet connection is needed, ever. The app makes no network requests at all — it works in Airplane Mode. It collects no data: no analytics, no tracking, no identifiers, no account. Your handful of settings stay on your device and go nowhere. Also good for: focus and study, open-plan offices, drowning out traffic or neighbours, travel, and tinnitus relief at night.
