Dodo: Baby Sleep & White Noise

About Dodo: Baby Sleep & White Noise

Dodo 1.2 is our biggest update yet: a completely redesigned baby sleep sound machine, a brand new hair dryer sound, deeper and warmer sound, and new ways to find the right white noise for your baby. A DREAMY NIGHT SKY Dodo now lives under a soft night sky with a glowing moon. Tap the moon to play white noise, a gentle shush or any baby sleep sound. While it plays, stars and a quiet aurora drift across the sky, and rest mode dims the screen so the nursery stays dark. Swipe, and the next sound slides in, each with its own picture of a sleepy baby on cotton candy clouds. NEW: HAIR DRYER SOUND The hair dryer sound many parents swear by is now in Dodo: a warm, steady whoosh for baby sleep, with no hot appliance running next to the crib. It joins the box fan, vacuum cleaner and washing machine sounds, and it is included for everyone. DEEPER, WARMER SOUND Every sound now rests on a soft bed of brown noise and moves in slow, gentle waves. All 29 sounds play at an even loudness, so switching from white noise to ocean waves never jolts a sleepy baby. The new sound filter on the home screen has three settings, Off, Calm and Sleep, and Calm and Sleep add a warm bass for bedtime. 29 SOUNDS FOR EVERY KIND OF NIGHT Comforting sounds like womb sound, heartbeat and gentle shush, noise colors from white noise to pink, brown and green noise, water from ocean waves to a calm river, nature from forest stream to sleepy crickets, and six kinds of gentle rain. FIND ANY SOUND, IN ANY LANGUAGE Search sounds in your own words and your own language, typos included. Type shush, fan, womb or ocean and Dodo finds it. Missing a sound? Ask for it right from search. New sounds are made from what parents ask for. A WARM WELCOME FOR NEW PARENTS A short welcome asks what usually calms your baby, plays it right away and shares two gentle tips: keep the volume low and the phone about two meters from the crib. Newborn sleep, a little simpler from night one. YOUR LANGUAGE, YOUR WAY Switch Dodo between 15 languages right inside the app. Send us feedback from the menu, and share Dodo with a friend who is up at night too.
