About PayperWIZ: Credit Card Rewards

Which card should I pay with, right here? PayperWIZ opens on the answer. The first screen names the card to use where you are standing, the same answer Back Tap, Control Center and the widget give. Underneath it, the card to reach for at each kind of store, with the rate it earns there: dining, groceries, gas, online and the rest. If none of your cards states a rate for a kind of store, it says so plainly instead of naming a card that might earn nothing there. If your cards have no rates filled in yet, it tells you, and shows you where to add them. EVERY RATE SAYS WHERE IT CAME FROM • Verified: read off the issuer's own published terms, with the date it was checked • Indicative: a real card with rates from secondary sources, pre-filled and labeled as such • Not filled in yet: the card is known, its numbers are not, and nothing is invented to fill the gap You see which is which in the card picker, before you choose. A verified rate carries the date it was read, so one that has gone stale is marked stale instead of sitting there looking current. An advertised maximum is shown as a maximum, not as what you will earn. 470 CARDS, 14 COUNTRIES 276 of them have rates read off the issuer and dated; the rest are marked indicative. That includes 36 US cards, 34 of them read off the issuer's own terms. Any card can also be added by hand, with the rates from its own terms. ANSWERS WITHOUT OPENING THE APP • A Control Center button and a Lock Screen or Home Screen widget that name the card to reach for • Back Tap and the Action button, through Shortcuts • An alert when you arrive at a place you saved, naming the card for it BEFORE THE MONEY IS GONE • Cap warnings, when a card's bonus rate is used up and it should drop down the ranking • Minimum-spend warnings, when a rate depends on spending you have not reached yet Also: import a PDF statement to log a month of purchases in one go, checked by you before anything is saved. PAYPERWIZ PLUS For the decisions that come around once a year: • What a card really costs once the credits you actually use are counted. A $395 annual fee with a $300 travel credit you use is not a $395 card • Browse cards by what they earn, best first • Reminders before points expire • Household profiles, so the ranking only considers the cards of whoever is at the register • Trips planned on the points you already hold Plus is an auto-renewing yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, and it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Anyone who bought credits before Plus existed keeps every Plus feature without subscribing. Terms of use: https://payperwiz.com/terms Privacy policy: https://payperwiz.com/privacy WHAT IT COSTS Working out which card to use is free, unlimited and needs no account, and so is every warning about a cap, a fee or a payment you owe. Credits pay for the few things that cost real money to run, such as reading a statement or researching a card's published terms. Ten are free when you sign in with Apple, and credits never expire. PRIVACY There is no bank login and no field for a card number. Your cards, your spending and the places you save stay on your phone, and your location is never sent to PayperWIZ's servers. Somewhere new, the app asks Apple Maps what is nearby. Signing in with Apple gives an anonymous identifier and nothing else: no name, no email address. NOT A BANK, AND NOT ADVICE PayperWIZ is not a bank, a payment service, a credit comparison service or a financial adviser. It calculates from figures you entered or that it looked up, and always says which. Confirm current terms with your issuer before a large purchase. It takes no commission from any issuer. Operated by ELAQ Limited, registered in Ireland.

What’s new

Version 2.0.1 · Updated October 22, 2026

Where a feature is part of PayperWIZ Plus, the app now says so in its place and shows what Plus adds, so you can see it before deciding. Which card to pay with stays free, and so does every warning about money you owe. If you bought credits before November 1, 2026, every Plus feature stays yours with nothing to pay.
