About Rize: Fajr Alarm

Never miss Fajr again. Rize is an alarm that won't stop until you get out of bed and do ten squats. You set the alarm every night and you mean it every night. Then it goes off, your hand silences it before your brain wakes up, and you tell yourself tomorrow. Rize doesn't give you that option. Silence it from the lock screen and it rings again two minutes later. Hold the button in the app and you get five quiet minutes, then it rings again. It keeps coming back until you open the app and do your squats. The front camera counts them. Ten by default, and you can change it. If you'd rather not point a camera at yourself half asleep, count with the motion sensor or solve math problems, the kind you can't do with your eyes closed. By the time it stops, you're standing up and awake. That's the whole idea. WHAT IT DOES Works out Fajr for wherever you are, with twelve calculation methods including Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, Karachi, Egyptian, ISNA and Diyanet. Shafi'i and Hanafi are both supported. The alarm is a real system alarm built on Apple's AlarmKit. It rings in Silent mode and through Focus, with the app closed and the phone locked. Sleep through the first ring and it rings again at 3, 6, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. Every ring uses a different tone from the last, so your brain never learns to sleep through it. Once you've done your squats, Rize shows the Qibla direction so you can go straight to prayer. Squats are counted on your phone. No video is recorded or sent anywhere. Test the whole thing any time from Settings, without waiting for dawn. PRIVACY No account and no ads. Rize has no server. Your location stays on your phone to calculate the prayer time. The only thing that leaves it is a request to Apple for your city's name. Nothing about you is collected, because there's nowhere to send it. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Rize needs permission to schedule alarms, which iOS asks for once during setup. If you say no, the home screen tells you, instead of failing quietly at 5am. Requires iOS 26.
