About TailScope

Check devices, review configuration changes, and manage your Tailscale network from iPhone and iPad. TailScope is an independent Tailnet administration app. Explore the local demo before entering any credentials. DEVICES AND NETWORK SETTINGS • Find devices and inspect online status, addresses, key expiry, tags, routes, and connection details • Authorize and rename devices, and manage tags and routes within your credential permissions • Access DNS, Services, users, policies, credentials, and audit logs in one place • Check identifiable configuration dependencies before removing a device, with incomplete checks clearly shown CONFIGURATION HISTORY Save one local configuration archive per account for free. Pro adds multiple versions, configuration comparisons, and optional foreground recording. Archives are for viewing and comparison; they do not automatically restore or change your network. OPTIONAL EVENT NOTIFICATIONS Choose Tailnet events to receive on this device. Setup requires your consent, system notification permission, and appropriate Tailscale permissions. Events pass through the TailScope notification relay. This is not continuous network monitoring or a guarantee of immediate delivery. ADAPTED FOR IPHONE DUO AND IPAD View the device list and details side by side when iPhone Duo is open, and keep your selected device when it closes. Use multi-column administration on iPad for more space and clear navigation. START FREE, UPGRADE WHEN YOU NEED MORE The free version includes one saved account, device viewing and individual actions, core administration, individual device removal checks, app lock, languages, and adaptive layouts. TailScope Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. It unlocks unlimited accounts, batch device management, Policy Studio, operational risk insights, and configuration history and comparisons. Policy Studio includes HuJSON editing, validation, and access previews. Pro does not upgrade your Tailscale plan, role, or API scopes; those limits still apply. SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Management requests go directly to the official Tailscale API • API tokens and OAuth client secrets stay in the device Keychain and are not sent to the notification relay • Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode app lock, with a background privacy shield • No advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs • Optional notifications retain delivery and binding information, not event bodies or notification history A live connection requires your own valid Tailscale API access token or OAuth client credentials. TailScope is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tailscale Inc. It does not create VPN tunnels or provide SSH, remote desktop, or file transfer.
