About Shot7x
Make every shot feel like the one you keep. Shot7x is a camera built for spontaneous photos, bright flash portraits, late nights, mirror selfies, city lights, and everything in between. No complicated editing. No endless adjustments. Just open the camera, capture the moment, and get a photo with its own character straight away. A LOOK OF ITS OWN Shot7x gives your photos a distinctive digital-camera feel — rich color, bright skin tones, crisp flash, soft texture, and just enough imperfection to make every shot feel real. Choose between Warm, Neutral, and Cool color styles, then explore a collection of FX looks designed to give each moment a different mood. MADE FOR FLASH Some moments simply look better with flash. Shot7x is designed around direct-flash photography, with dedicated lighting behavior for both rear-camera portraits and selfies. From nights out to close-up portraits, flash becomes part of the look — not just a way to make the image brighter. SELFIES THAT FEEL DIFFERENT The front camera gets its own treatment. Screen illumination adds flattering light when you need it, while Shot7x keeps the color, texture, and atmosphere that define the camera. YOUR PHOTO. YOUR WAY. Fine-tune the look with: • Warm, Neutral & Cool color modes • Signature FX looks • Adjustable grain • Adjustable vignette • Multiple aspect ratios • Timer & level • Mirrored photos • Date stamp • Optional Shot7x watermark • High-resolution capture on supported iPhones VIDEO WITH THE SAME ENERGY Capture video without leaving the Shot7x aesthetic behind. Record in multiple resolutions and frame rates, including up to 4K 60 FPS on supported devices, with stabilization, lighting, lens controls, and high-bitrate recording options. READY WHEN YOU ARE Shot7x remembers the way you like to shoot — your color mode, FX, flash, grain, vignette, resolution, timer, and other camera preferences stay ready for the next moment. Open it. Point it. Shoot it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account required. Your photos and videos are processed directly on your iPhone and remain under your control. Some camera features, resolutions, frame rates, lenses, and flash options depend on your iPhone model.
What’s new
Version 2.6 · Updated October 11, 2026
Fixed photo-saving errors when selecting 48 MP and using zoom. Improved video-recording stability during system interruptions, corrected zoom jumps in the photo viewer, and prevented duplicate daily albums. Added the selected filter’s name to photo metadata. Settings now let you choose the EXIF camera label: the original camera or G7X Mark III. This changes metadata only and does not affect image processing. Improved accessibility through VoiceOver descriptions and actions, Voice Control button names, larger-text layouts, and selection indicators that do not rely on color alone. The interface respects Reduce Motion, Reduce Transparency, and Increase Contrast settings. Light, dark, and system appearance options are available. Refined menus, close buttons, and recovery of unfinished saves.
