Connect to Apple Health and view the data you authorize. Track activity, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, weight, and oxygen saturation. Generate reports to review and share your progress. View your doses and upcoming appointments on Apple Watch, and log doses taken. Use widgets to keep important information in view. Share information with your family whenever you choose, with whoever you choose. YOUR HEALTH, YOUR WAY Use Salud en Familia to organize your own health or create one or more family groups to help care for each other. You decide who can view your information and who can help you manage it. Joining a family group does not automatically give you access to anyone else's data. Health data is shared separately: you decide who can access it and what permissions they have. APPLE HEALTH Connect Salud en Familia to Apple Health to bring in the data you authorize and view it alongside your other information. View activity, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, weight, oxygen saturation, and other supported data. The integration is optional and read-only: Salud en Familia does not write or change any data in Apple Health. IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH View your upcoming doses, appointments, and relevant data using widgets on your iPhone. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Each user stays in control of their own data and decides what to share and with whom. Health permissions are managed separately from other family information.
