About HealthLens: VO2 Max & HRV

Ever wondered why your VO2 Max hasn't updated? Or why Apple Health shows no data for Cardio Recovery, HRV, or other health metrics? HealthLens helps you understand the health data already on your iPhone and Apple Watch — and investigate why a metric may be missing or hasn't updated. NO MORE MYSTERY HEALTH DATA HealthLens turns raw HealthKit data into clear, understandable information. For each supported metric, see: • What the metric means • Your latest reading • When it was last updated • Which device or app recorded it • What data may be required to generate it • Possible reasons it hasn't updated • What you can try next DIAGNOSE MISSING METRICS When a metric has no recent data, HealthLens looks at the HealthKit information available on your device. It can help you check things like: • Recent workouts • Workout type and duration • Available heart-rate samples • Data sources • Recording device • Last recorded sample • Relevant HealthKit data Instead of simply showing “No Data,” HealthLens helps you understand what may be missing. WORKOUT INSPECTOR Explore recent workouts and see which health data was recorded alongside them. Check whether a workout contains data relevant to metrics such as Cardio Fitness or Cardio Recovery. KNOW WHERE YOUR DATA CAME FROM See whether a health reading was recorded by your Apple Watch, iPhone, or another HealthKit-compatible app. SUPPORTED METRICS HealthLens currently supports: • VO2 Max / Cardio Fitness • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) • Resting Heart Rate • Cardio Recovery • Walking Heart Rate Average • Respiratory Rate • Blood Oxygen • Wrist Temperature • Walking Steadiness • Running Power SIMPLE TRENDS View recent readings, trends, sample counts, and the last time each metric was updated. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data stays on your device. HealthLens reads HealthKit data locally and does not upload your health data to a server for analysis. No account is required. HealthLens is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. HealthLens is intended to help you understand and inspect health data. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical advice.
