No Contact Tracker: nocnt

Count the days since you last contacted your ex. When you want to text them, open nocnt first. See how long it’s been, keep the reasons you chose to stop, and get through the urge without sending a message. Looked at their profile? Log it without resetting your count. If you get back in touch and start again at Day 1, your earlier days stay in History. Write what you want to say, then burn it without sending it. When you need a minute, breathe slowly, pop some bubble wrap, or smash a few virtual dishes. See your days on a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget. Optional reminders mark days 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365. Plan what to mute, hide, or block on social media. nocnt never touches your accounts, photos, or chats. Go at your own pace. You don’t need to check the app every day.
