YEAR-END TOTALS IN 5 MINUTES Rental income, other income, expenses and cash flow for the year are totaled automatically, with breakdowns by property and by expense category. Export to PDF and CSV to share with your tax accountant (Premium). SEE HOW EACH PROPERTY PERFORMS Occupancy rate, gross and net yield, and vacant days are calculated automatically. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account needed. All data, including tenant names and contacts, is stored only on your device and never sent to an outside server. Backup and restore are supported.
