About Desi Ballers League
The Desi Ballers League — Boston's Sunday run since 2019. DBL is a private, invite-only basketball league. If you're on the roster, this app is the league office in your pocket: • Sunday roll call and RSVPs • Real box scores from every run — points, boards, dimes, steals, blocks • Career stats in the unit the league actually plays: per-Sunday averages, shooting splits, best-Sunday marks • The leaders board and the trophy case — Player of the Game, Sniper, Dimer, Thief, Double-Double • The league group chat: photos, clips, polls, and @shams, the league's stats guy, who answers questions about the numbers in the room • Contract values and tiers, priced off real production • Game-day teams drafted balanced from the morning's roll call Membership is by invitation — signing in requires an email on the league roster. If you play with us on Sundays, you're already in.
What’s new
Version 1.0.6 · Updated October 12, 2026
Runs in a row: show up every Sunday and your streak grows. • Leaders: rank by Streak, and a flame under the name of anyone at two or more Sundays in a row. • Profile: your streak and your best streak on your card, and anyone's on their player page. • Sunday: a flame beside everyone on a streak in the roll call, and, if you have a streak, what's on the line before you tap In. The Tape gets comments and downloads. • Comment on any make, and type @ to tag a teammate. • Tap Download to save a make to your Photos. • Report or block from anyone else's comment. A commissioner looks within 24 hours. • Wrong player on a make? Name who scored. Also new • Games: PIE on the day's board. • Player pages: "Plays like" shows the commissioner's read where one is set. • Events: see the photos you picked before they post, stop an upload, and reach the wall any day of the week.
