Sweats Social Fitness

Sweats turns your everyday activity into a social game you'll actually want to play. ON YOUR APPLE WATCH Start a session from your wrist, see your heart rate, pace, steps and route as you go, and feel your friends' cheers land in real time. Finish and post to your feed without touching your phone — or save it and finish on your iPhone. Workouts save to Apple Health, and a complication keeps your streak and step ring on your watch face. LIVE ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN While you record, your time, distance and workout icon stay live on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. STAY ACTIVE, TOGETHER Connect Apple Health to automatically track your steps, distance and workouts. Every activity earns Health Points and unlocks badges — no manual logging required. JOIN TRIBES Form a Tribe with your friends, family or coworkers. See who's leading the pack, cheer each other on, and keep everyone accountable with a shared activity feed. COMPETE IN CHALLENGES Create or join step challenges, distance races, duels and workout streaks. Track live leaderboards, log progress, and invite your Tribe to keep the competition going. DISCOVER COMMUNITIES & EVENTS Find local run clubs, gyms and fitness communities near you. RSVP to events, add them to your calendar, and meet people who share your goals. NEVER MISS A NEARBY FRIEND Turn on nearby alerts to know when another Sweats user is close by — perfect for spontaneous runs or gym meetups. SHARE YOUR PROGRESS Post activities with photos, tag your workout partners, and react to your friends' progress. Scan a QR code to instantly connect with someone new.
