PaddockTally

PaddockTally — The complete farm management app for Australian farmers. Run your whole farm from your pocket. PaddockTally brings your diary, finances, profitability tracking and team coordination together in one simple, mobile-first app built specifically for Australian agriculture. Farm Diary Keep a detailed day-to-day record of everything that happens on your farm. Log operations, products applied, employees involved, rainfall and notes against any paddock, mob or enterprise. Every diary entry is tied to a season so you can look back and see exactly what happened, when, and where. Plan tasks ahead of time with priority levels and status tracking, and never lose track of a job again. Real-Time Financial Tracking Every diary entry can generate income and expense records automatically. Track costs by product, operation, enterprise, paddock or mob. Record sales with buyer, quantity, unit and price per unit. All financial entries roll up into a live profitability view so you always know where you stand — no spreadsheets, no end-of-year surprises. Profitability Dashboard See your real position at a glance. PaddockTally calculates income, expenses and net profit across your whole operation, then breaks it down by enterprise, paddock, mob, category and product. Compare performance per hectare for crops and per head for livestock. Spot your most and least profitable enterprises instantly and make informed decisions before it's too late. Enterprise Management Set up enterprises for any season — crops, livestock, horticulture or other. Define area (hectares) for cropping enterprises and head count for livestock. Link paddocks and mobs to their enterprises so every record, sale and cost is attributed correctly. Switch between seasons to plan ahead or review past performance. Paddocks & Mobs Create and manage your paddocks with area, soil type and linked enterprise. Build mobs for your livestock with head counts and enterprise links. Everything connects, so costs and income flow through to the right place automatically. Products & Operations Maintain a library of products (herbicides, fertilisers, fuel, seed and more) with categories, units and prices. Track usage across seasons and compare price changes year on year. Build a list of operations (spraying, tillage, labour, transport) with rates per unit, so every diary entry calculates its true cost. Rainfall Recording Log rainfall against any diary entry or as a standalone record. Build a picture of your season's conditions alongside your operations and production data. To-Do List Stay on top of day-to-day jobs with a simple priority-based to-do list. Mark tasks as high, medium or low and check them off as you go. Multi-Farm Management Managing more than one property? PaddockTally supports multiple farms under a single account. Switch between farms and keep each property's enterprises, paddocks, mobs, finances and diary separate and organised. Team Access Invite your team and give them access to the farm data they need. Control who can view the diary, finances, employees, rainfall, to-dos, team and farms. Owners manage seats and permissions, so everyone works from the same up-to-date information. Built for Australian Farmers PaddockTally is designed for the realities of Australian agriculture — broadacre cropping, mixed farming, livestock, horticulture and everything in between.
