DriveNote- Vehicle Logbook

Meet DriveNote — the easiest, most privacy-focused vehicle mileage logbook designed for freelancers, independent contractors, road-trippers, and small business owners. Say goodbye to messy spreadsheets, complicated cloud subscriptions, and manual math. DriveNote resides entirely on your device, meaning your trip data, client information, and odometer readings are 100% private, offline, and secure. ** KEY FEATURES** **SMART ODOMETER SCANNER** Tired of typing? Just point your camera at your dashboard! DriveNote uses native on-device text recognition to instantly read your odometer and plug the numbers right into your log. **QUICK CLIENT ADDRESSES** Manage a roster of your regular clients. Save up to three common addresses per client (Home, Office, Site) and populate your start and destination locations with a single tap. **SEAMLESS EXPORTS FOR TAX SEASON** When the month or year ends, DriveNote has your back. Filter your trips by specific date ranges and instantly generate beautiful PDF tables or raw CSV files. Send them directly to your accountant via email, Messages, or your files app. **INCOMPLETE TRIP CATCHER** In a rush? Just log your starting odometer and hit the road. DriveNote securely saves your pending trips in a dedicated "Incomplete" tab so you never forget to log your arrival numbers. **100% PRIVATE & OFFLINE** No accounts. No subscriptions. No background tracking. No cloud syncing. DriveNote is a local-only utility tool. Your data belongs to you, and it never leaves your pocket unless you export it yourself. *(Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life, which is why DriveNote relies purely on your manual input and smart camera scans—preserving your battery!)*
