About WRKR: Crew Hours Tracker

WRKR is the man-hours book for a small contractor running several worksites. Register each site, log who worked where and for how long, and send the numbers to a client or bookkeeper in one email. LOG A CREW-DAY IN THREE TAPS Tap the orange Log button from anywhere: pick the day, pick the site, pick the hours (4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or ±30 minutes) and tap the people who were there. One entry is written per worker. The hours start at your default shift length, set once in Settings, so an ordinary day needs no typing. Working alone? Leave everyone unselected and the hours land on the site as unassigned. EVERY SITE AT A GLANCE Sites are ranked by the hours going into them this week. Open one for total man-hours, a week / month / quarter / year / all-time filter, the split per worker, and its most recent entries. Archive a finished job and it stays in your history. YOUR CREW Each person has their total and the projects their time went to. Deactivate someone who has left and their history stays intact. THE HOURS LOG Every entry, grouped by day with a daily total. Filter by period, site or worker. Tap an entry to correct the day, hours, site, person or note, or swipe to delete it. REPORTS Man-hours for the period, a daily bar chart, and breakdowns per project and per worker. Step back through previous weeks, months, quarters and years with the arrows. EMAIL IT From the Sites screen, a single site, or Reports: pick the current week, month, quarter or year, or all time, optionally check specific projects, and send. The message body carries a readable summary; a CSV with every line is attached for the spreadsheet. No mail account on the device? Share it through any other app instead. MONEY, IF YOU WANT IT Give a site a billing rate and a worker a pay rate, and WRKR shows labor cost against what the site bills, with the margin in Reports. Each entry keeps the rates it was logged at, so changing a rate later never rewrites past labor costs, reports or CSV exports. Pick your currency, or switch money off and run WRKR as a pure hours tracker, with rates and costs hidden on screen and in the email summary. ENGLISH, DANSK, FRANÇAIS, DEUTSCH Switch language in Settings; every screen, date and number format follows immediately. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no cloud, no analytics. Everything stays on your device, and the only thing that ever leaves it is a report you choose to email or share. WRKR PRO The free version includes 2 active worksites and 3 active crew members, with every feature unlocked. WRKR Pro removes both limits for a single one-time purchase. No subscription.
