Salat & Ihsan walks you through your prayer, gesture by gesture and word by word — for those who are learning, those coming back, and those who want to pray with a present heart. GUIDED PRAYER Every posture is an animated sequence drawn for the app, with four figures — man, woman, boy, girl — plus seated and lying-down modes. Vocalised Arabic, phonetics and meaning move together, at the reciter's pace. Your “Allāhu akbar” starts the prayer — no need to touch the screen. THE TASBĪḤ AFTER PRAYER The misbaḥa counts by your voice: istighfār, “Allāhumma anta-s-salām”, then three series of 33 beads, each in its own colour, and the 100th sealed when you recite it in full. A tap catches up whatever the voice missed. THE TIME OF EVERY PRAYER Prayer times anywhere in the world, with the school of your choice for ‘Aṣr. The qibla to the degree. The adhān you choose, and real alarms that ring even in silent mode. Nawāfil with their time window, the Hijri calendar, fasting, zakāt. APPLE WATCH — YOUR PRAYER, FOLLOWED The guided prayer is on the iPhone. On your wrist, the watch doesn't guide you: it follows you, without a sound. One tap to begin, then you pray without looking at it. It waits for your takbīr, recognises through its sensors the rukū‘, the rising, each sujūd and each sitting, and vibrates at every station. If a rak‘a seems to be missing, it alerts you so you can make it up. At the end, the summary stays on screen: rak‘āt, duration, alerts, and how your heart settled, read from Health. The tasbīḥ taps at every bead, and your prayers are logged on two tiles: obligatory and voluntary. A REPORT THAT DOESN'T FLATTER With the phone laid down, the sensors spot the milestones of the prayer; at the end, the screen says how many were actually confirmed. WHAT IT IS NOT Not a religious authority, an imam or a scholar: the sensors describe movements, they do not judge whether your prayer is valid.
