JuMoLife

JuMo is a simple way to track your movement each day, whether that means a walk, a run, yoga, a workout, or anything in between. There are no minimum requirements or special equipment needed every activity counts. There are no fitness targets, leaderboards, or reasons to feel guilty. Showing up is enough, regardless of how much you did or how fast you went. You can also see that others showed up today too. JuMo focuses solely on presence, not distance or pace, so you are never compared to anyone else. If you miss a day or a week, the community will still be here whenever you are ready to return. It is free to join, and everyone pays the same.
