MSK MyChart (formerly MyMSK) is for patients receiving care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. MSK MyChart, our patient portal, is the best way to stay connected to your healthcare. Patients and caregivers can download and log in to the MSK MyChart app to securely: • See your medical information. • View and share your test results. • Manage your appointments. • Save appointment details to your calendar on your mobile device. • Connect to telemedicine visits. • Message your care team. • Connect your accounts from other healthcare centers so you can see all your medical information in one place. • Request prescription refills. • Fill out health questionnaires. • Read patient education information. • View and pay bills. • Connect your account to Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MSK MyChart. You can create an MSK MyChart account on the app or at MSKMyChart.MSK.org using your activation code.
