About Anteroom: Session Prep Journal

Anteroom is a prep journal for people in therapy. Write down what happens between sessions, see the thread across your weeks, and walk into your next session with a one-page brief - so the first twenty minutes aren't spent remembering. Therapy time is expensive. Anteroom makes sure it goes to the work, not the recap. WRITE IT DOWN - Quick entries in the moment or at the end of the day. Two minutes is enough. - Your notes stay in order between sessions, so the week doesn't blur together. SEE THE THREAD - Each entry can get a short written reflection - a margin note, not a chatbot - connecting it to your recent weeks and check-ins. - Over time, threads emerge: themes you keep circling, shifts you might not notice day to day. - Reflections are generated with AI and are clearly marked. They never diagnose, and they are not advice. MOOD CHECK-INS - Short well-being check-ins based on WHO-5, a widely used five-question scale. - Your trend lands in your brief as a simple number, so "how have you been?" has a real answer. A ONE-PAGE SESSION BRIEF - Before each session, Anteroom prepares a brief: what came up, what might be worth bringing up, and how your well-being moved. - Read it in the waiting room, or share it with your therapist if that feels right. Your page, shared on your terms. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT - No account and no email required. - Your entries are yours. They are never used to train advertising models and never sold. - Export or delete everything at any time. WHO IT'S FOR Anteroom is built for people already in therapy, and it works just as well alongside counseling or coaching. It is not therapy and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services; the app includes a screen with US crisis lines. PRICING Journaling is free. Anteroom Premium unlocks reflections and session briefs: $4.99/month or $29.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
