Ringly – Contraceptive Alert

Ringly is a private contraceptive ring reminder and birth control cycle tracker designed for you. It helps you organize your ring schedule, see your current status, remember important insert and removal dates, and keep personal notes in one calm, easy-to-use place. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR RING ROUTINE Set up the schedule that matches your routine and let Ringly calculate the next steps. Choose a 21/7 routine, a 24/4 routine, continuous use, or create a custom contraception schedule. Your dashboard clearly shows whether your ring is inserted or you are in a ring-free break, how many days remain, and what action comes next. SMART RING REMINDERS Use Ringly as your everyday birth control reminder app. Turn on insert reminders, removal reminders, early alerts, and daily check-ins. Quick ring alerts help you remember when to remove your current ring or insert a new one, without needing to calculate dates manually. CLEAR CALENDAR AND SCHEDULE VIEW See your complete cycle in a clean monthly calendar. Review ring-in days, ring-free days, upcoming actions, and your active schedule at a glance. The schedule screen gives you a simple timeline for ring inserted, remove ring, ring-free break, and insert new ring. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES Ringly supports: • 21 days inserted and 7 ring-free days • 24 days inserted and 4 ring-free days • Continuous use with no ring-free break • Custom inserted and ring-free day lengths You can edit your routine, update dates, change reminder times, or create a personalized schedule whenever your routine changes. PRIVATE NOTES, MOOD, AND SYMPTOM TRACKING Keep a private record of how you feel throughout your cycle. Add personal notes, select symptoms such as cramps, spotting, headache, fatigue, mood changes, acne, back ache, or tender breasts, and record your mood. Add custom tags such as workout, hydration, travel, or work stress to make your saved notes easier to understand later. CYCLE HISTORY AND INSIGHTS Review completed schedules, previous ring changes, saved notes, symptoms, moods, and timing history. Ringly helps you keep your contraception routine organized over time while giving you a clear record you can review for your own reference.
