Keep your next hour yours. Start a focus block and build routines you can repeat. FOCUS Block one app for 15 minutes to 8 hours. Repeat Free blocks without a daily cap; save one manual routine. PRO Save multiple routines and schedules. Pro adds multi-app/category/site selection, Strict Mode, full local history, and per-app Screen Time reports. STRICT MODE Confirm selection and finish time first. Ordinary in-app stops and changes are disabled. Emergency unlock has a 60-second wait; other overlapping blocks stay active. PROGRESS See completed time, days, streak, and weekly history. Overlapping blocks count once. PRIVACY No account or analytics upload. Settings and progress stay on device. Screen Time permission is required. Website blocking depends on supported Apple selections. Pro subscriptions renew monthly or annually through Apple. One-minute passes have been removed. End Standard blocks deliberately from Focus, or use Emergency unlock for Strict blocks.
