About LandEarly | AI Job Search

Land the interview while the posting is still fresh. LandEarly is your AI job-search agent. It finds roles worth your time, tailors your resume and cover letter to each one, and submits the application for you - all from a feed you can swipe through in a spare minute. HOW IT WORKS • Swipe a scored feed. Open a feed of fresh roles ranked to your career track. Swipe right to apply, left to skip, or up for the full detail. Every card shows a match score, a freshness badge, and exactly why LandEarly matched you. • LandEarly applies in the background. Swipe right and it tailors your resume and cover letter to that exact role, then submits - no forms, no takeover screen - while you keep swiping. It applies through the systems companies actually post through, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workable. • It lands in your tracker. Each application shows up in a live pipeline, and LandEarly watches your connected inbox for the reply. Roles get most of their replies in the first hours after they post. LandEarly applies while you are still near the top of the pile. WHAT'S INSIDE • Swipe to apply - apply to real roles in seconds; LandEarly does the paperwork. • Matches that explain themselves - a score, a freshness badge, and the reasons behind every match, plus a heads-up when a posting has a hard requirement you don't meet. • Autopilot - flip one switch and LandEarly applies to your strongest fresh matches on its own, capped per day and above a score you set. Off until you turn it on. • Tailored to your real story - a per-job resume, cover letter, and screening answers, every line traced to a real entry in your experience. Reframed, never fabricated. • A live tracker - every application in one pipeline with a status timeline. Log an interview, offer, or rejection in a tap. • Interview prep - likely questions with STAR answers built from your real experience, talking points, and smart questions to ask back. • Follow-ups - LandEarly drafts a polite nudge; it only sends when you tap. • Offer negotiation - a counter-offer brief anchored to live market salary data, unlocked when an offer lands. • Connect Gmail or Outlook - link your inbox so replies and interview invites keep your tracker current. • Insights that don't lie - a real conversion funnel and apply-speed stats, with an honest "not enough data yet" instead of invented numbers. YOU STAY IN CONTROL LandEarly is hands-off by default, but never behind your back. Turn on review-before-send to approve each application yourself. Skip a role and you get a few seconds to undo. And every tailored line traces back to something you actually did - LandEarly reframes your experience, it never invents it. SYNCS WITH THE WEB The app works hand in hand with LandEarly on the web. Fixes: - The undo bar after an apply is visible again instead of hiding behind the cards. - Logging an offer now shows its celebration. - Form fields in sheets stay above the keyboard. - The status bar is readable on the sign in and sign up screens. - Interview prep and follow-up unlock once an application has actually been sent.
