About Dandana: Arabic Early Skills
Your child's first teacher shouldn't be a stranger's voice. Dandana is an early-learning app for ages 2–6, Arabic-first, where your family becomes the curriculum. Record your voices once — and your child spells letters, counts, hears stories and gets cheered on by Mama, Baba, Teta and Jiddo. The best moment in Dandana? The first giggle. Your child flips a card and hears Mama's real voice say the word, guesses "who's speaking?" from the first sound, and asks for more. Every recording appears in the games instantly — and stays yours, a keepsake forever. ◆ REAL EARLY SKILLS • All 28 Arabic letters and the full English A–Z, traced with a finger, step by step, with no frustrating failure • Numbers to 20, counting, colors, shapes and everyday words • Memory, matching and focus games — played with the voices they love ◆ THINK, TRY, DISCOVER Sort the market, compare more-and-less in the kitchen, and make real predictions in the Wonder Lab: will it float or sink? A wrong guess is never punished — it's how thinking starts. ◆ EIGHT WORLDS FROM REAL LIFE School, Home, Garden, Market, Farm, Kitchen, Wonder Lab and the Night Sky — each with games, a narrated story in clear Arabic, and smart coloring that stays inside the lines. ◆ AN 8-LEVEL JOURNEY YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE Your child earns each level by playing — never by waiting, never behind a lock they can see. You get a certificate and a calm strengths report at every level: what they're good at, what needs a little practice, and one simple thing to play together. Level 1 is open forever. ◆ MADE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY • "My Things": photograph their real toys and name them in your voices — their own world becomes the lesson • Family-photo puzzles that speak when completed • "The Square": two players, one device — a younger and an older child (or a grown-up) answer the same question, each at their own level • A profile, stars and journey for every child in the house ◆ WHY PARENTS RELAX • No ads. Ever. • Your photos and voices stay on your device — nothing is uploaded • A parent gate protects settings and purchases • Works offline Start free today. Record one word in your voice — and watch their face. Subscription: Level 1 of the Journey is free forever, with no card and no timer, and the app grants no time-limited free trial of any kind. A subscription opens the rest of the road; everything your child unlocked and everything you recorded stays yours even if it ends. Billed via your App Store account, auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, manageable in account settings anytime. What’s new
Version 1.2.0 · Updated September 2, 2026
Your child's Journey — 8 levels, one after the other, with a certificate and a strengths report brought to you by Hadhoud, the parents' companion. Three new worlds: the Kitchen, the Wonder Lab and the Night Sky — eight worlds in all. The Square: one question, one device — each player answers at their own age. The second seat is for anyone: a brother, baba, teta. Hand teta the tablet and start — no profile needed. The full alphabet: all 28 Arabic letters and A–Z, plus numbers to 20. More than one child at home? Each gets their own profile and their own journey. And Dandoon now speaks: she suggests where to go next and names the thing your child actually did. New in this version: "Open a saved copy" — restore a saved album from inside the app, and its cards and voices are added to what you already have; nothing of yours is removed. Plus audio fixes: nothing talks over the celebration in Tidy, Hadhoud's voice stops when you tap him away, and text now sits level beside icons in both languages. Note: there is no longer a trial week — Level 1 is open forever, no card and no clock.
