Terra Grip

Terra Grip is the reference app for Terra's APIs. Real-time wearable data and your Apple Health history, from your device to Terra in seconds. Pair the app with your Terra dashboard by scanning a QR code. Connect a Bluetooth heart-rate sensor, your Apple Watch, or your phone's own motion sensors, and watch your live readings flow on the phone and on your dashboard. • One-scan pairing: a QR code from your Terra dashboard connects the app for hours. No accounts, no API keys on the device. • Stream heart rate, HRV, R-R intervals, acceleration and more from BLE sensors • Apple Watch: pick your workout, then stream heart rate, energy, distance, speed, steps and heart rate variability alongside the watch's motion sensors • No wearable handy? Stream your phone's built-in motion sensors • Live view of every reading as it streams, charted in real time • Keeps streaming while your phone is locked or in your pocket • Apple Health: read your workouts, day totals, sleep, body measurements, nutrition and cycle tracking over any range up to 31 days, see them in the app, and send them to your dashboard Apple Health integration: with your permission, Terra Grip reads your workouts, steps, active energy, exercise time, distance, flights climbed, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, sleep, weight, height, BMI, body fat, food energy, water, protein, carbohydrates, fat, sugar and cycle tracking from Apple Health, shows each of them in the app, and sends them to the Terra dashboard you paired with. New readings are also read and sent in the background, so this keeps working when the app is closed. It never writes to Apple Health. Your health data is used only to provide this service and is never used for advertising or marketing. You choose which categories to share when you connect, and can change or revoke access at any time in the Health app under Sharing. Curious how it feels? Tap "Try the demo" on first launch — the full experience on synthetic data, no account needed. Built for developers evaluating Terra's APIs. Terra Grip uses the Streaming API for live sensor data and the Health & Fitness API to read Apple Health. Both need a Terra developer account (tryterra.co) to generate the pairing code the app scans. Terra Grip is a reference app for development and testing. It shows data as reported by the connected device or by Apple Health, without interpretation or derived measurements. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions, and never rely on this app as a substitute for professional medical advice.
