HealthRelay: Health Webhooks

Send every Apple Health metric you choose to any webhook automatically. HealthRelay reads the HealthKit data types you enable and delivers them as JSON to any URL you configure: n8n, Zapier, Make, Home Assistant, a Notion or Airtable automation, or your own backend.
