Baby Monitor Murmeli 3G & WiFi

Murmeli turns two phones into a baby monitor – at home on Wi-Fi and out and about on mobile data. One device stays with your child, the other stays with you. No extra hardware, no subscription, no account. The second device does not have to be new: an old iPhone or iPad from the drawer becomes a baby camera in two minutes. NO CLOUD – THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE Most baby monitor apps send video of your child through servers you do not control. Murmeli does not. Audio and video travel directly between the two devices, end-to-end encrypted. Only the initial handshake passes briefly through a server in Switzerland – the stream itself never leaves your two devices. Nothing is recorded, nothing is stored. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. SET UP IN THREE STEPS 1. Install Murmeli on both devices. 2. Choose "Baby" on one device, "Parent" on the other. 3. Scan the QR code – done. FEATURES • Live audio and video from the nursery • Sound alerts with a smart filter: Murmeli tells you when your child cries • Shows whether your child is asleep or awake • Talk back: your child hears your voice • Night vision for dark rooms, camera light by remote control • Keeps running in the background, even with the screen locked • Warns you when the connection drops or the battery runs low • Up to three parent devices at once – for both parents and grandparents AT HOME AND AWAY On your own Wi-Fi the two devices connect directly to each other. When you are out, the connection continues over mobile data – in the garden, at a restaurant, in a holiday flat or a hotel. Unlike a traditional baby monitor with limited radio range, Murmeli does not stop at the front door. Being away costs nothing extra: no remote subscription, no add-on purchase, no second unlock. What you pay once covers you at home and away. WHO IT IS FOR Parents who need a baby monitor but do not want to buy another device. Holidays and travel, where the bulky monitor stays at home. Grandparents listening in for an evening. And anyone uneasy about footage from a child's room ending up on someone else's servers. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do I need two new devices? No. An older iPhone or iPad with a camera and microphone works as the baby device. Does Murmeli work when I am not at home? Yes. When the two phones are on different networks the connection runs over mobile data – at no extra cost. Does the baby device need to stay plugged in? For a full night, yes – video uses battery. What happens if the connection drops? The parent app raises an alarm and reconnects automatically. PRICE Try everything free for two days. After that you unlock Murmeli once: CHF 4.90 in Switzerland, EUR 4.90 in euro countries, elsewhere the local App Store price. No subscription, no monthly fees, no hidden costs. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices. PRIVACY Murmeli collects no usage data. No user account, no sign-in, no advertising identifiers. The app asks only for camera, microphone and notifications – without those permissions a baby monitor cannot work. A baby monitor is no substitute for supervision. The operating system and battery-saving features can interrupt monitoring in the background; Murmeli shows a visible warning when that happens. Sleep easy – Murmeli is listening.
